Lake Tahoe Ski Club Foundation 17th Annual Gourmet Asado, August 22nd, 1-5pm. The 17th Annual Gourmet Asado is the annual fundraiser for the Lake Tahoe Ski Club Foundation and will be held at the Squaw Valley Ski Area, slopeside on the base lodge deck. The LTSCF offers financial assistance every year to dozens of alpine ski racers in the North Tahoe / Truckee areas. In addition to the Argentinian Asado, food is prepared by many of the top restaurants in Tahoe City and Truckee. There will also be a silent auction along with a raffle, offering fabulous prizes - skiing
LAKE MARY DINNER PCTA Join us Saturday, August 21st for another incredible evening at the Lake Mary Cabin. The Pacific Crest Trail Association is our partnered local non-profit organization, with a portion of the evening’s proceeds benefiting the PCTA, and their mission to protect, preserve and promote the Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail as an internationally significant resource for the enjoyment of hikers and equestrians, and for the value that wild and scenic lands provide to all people.
