*Weekly Prize Winners will receive one of several possible certificates, each of different redemptions value and different possible resorts or locations. Each week's prize will be determined each week prior to the drawing. Weekly prize winners will be announced weekly on Fridays, beginning November 20, 2009 and through March 11, 2010.
*Grand Prize Winner(s) will receive a certificate valid for a two night stay at the Village at Squaw Valley (two people, one bedroom suite, valid midweek, non-holiday, based on availability) lift tickets for two for two days, plus gift certificates for restaurants and shops around North Lake Tahoe.
Sweepstakes Rules:
The Tahoe TV Sweepstakes is open to anyone, age 18 & over, except as limited and outlined herein. Participant/registrant must complete, in full, the online registration form. Limit one entry per email address. Incomplete or duplicate entries will be determined to be ineligible and discarded. Weekly prize winners will be announced online at tahoetopia.com, every Friday morning, beginning Nov 20, 2009, through March 11, 2010.
All prize winners must contact Tahoe TV within seven (7) days to redeem prize. Prizes not redeemed within 7 days will be returned to the prize pot. Tahoetopia.com and the Tahoe TV reserves all rights of refusal or modification of these sweepstakes and assumes no liability of any kind with regards to the winner's use or misuse of the prize(s).
Mid-Winter Grand Prize Registration will end at midnight, PDT, on Jan 7, 2010. All entries must be received by close of registration. Mid-Winter Grand Prize winner will be announced on Jan 8, 2010 on tahoetopia.com.
Spring/Summer Grand Prize Registration will end at midnight, PDT, on March 11, 2010. All entries must be received by close of registration. Spring/Summer Grand Prize winner will be announced on March 12, 2010 on tahoetopia.com.
To discover and receive your prize, please reply via email at sweepstakes@tahoetopia.com, or call us at 530-583-4206. You will be required to provide proof of your identity. You must claim the prize within seven days or it will be returned to the prize purse. You can pick up your certificates at our offices in Squaw Valley, or we can mail them to you. In some cases, prizes can be left at will call, depending on the nature of the prize.
Quantities of different prizes in the weekly prize purse are limited and vary week to week! All prizes are subject to dates and availability, and deadlines may apply. Prizes will be awarded on a first come, first served basis. NO SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE MADE! If you are unable to use a prize, please consider declining and leaving it in the prize purse.
