Northstar-at-Tahoe is welcoming Learn to Ski & Ride Month through January with a variety of lesson packages for beginners to advanced skiers and snowboarders.

A great way to kick things off and then continue what you’re learning is with the Three Day Passport. For just $249, get three days of lessons, lift tickets accessing beginner terrain and equipment rentals. Days do not need to be consecutive, so you can use them at your convenience through the end of the season.

If you already a seasoned skier or rider and just want some tips to take things to the next level, take advantage of Free Advanced Lessons - offered Monday through Friday (non-holiday weeks) through the end of the season. Lessons meet at the top of the Comstock Express lift at 1:30pm for intermediate and advanced skiers and riders ages 13+.

New this year, the Burton Snowboard Academy at Northstar is now teaching kids as young as 7 to snowboard. Burton Snowboard Academy Kids features small group sizes, an all day lesson, fun equipment set up, interactive teaching and more.

Northstar's got some great programs including women’s-specific ski and snowboard instruction, Teach Your Tot, private lessons and more.
