Heart & Solstice Festival To Bring Good Vibes to Tahoe City

Kick off summer in style with the annual Heart & Solstice Festival from June 16 to 20 featuring five days of festivities and fun, presented by the Tahoe City Downtown Association.

June 16th and 23rd: Wye Cleanup Days
The Rotary Club of Tahoe City and the Garden Club of Tahoe City have paired up with Tahoe Tree Co. to cleanup, re-plant and beautify our Tahoe City Wye. Volunteers can meet at the Porters Outlet near Fanny Bridge at 8:30am. The TCPUD will be on hand to provide orange vests, safety gear and instruction for working near the highway. Please take a moment out of your week if possible to join these two great service clubs on this wonderful project to beautify downtown. Those with a green thumb strongly encouraged!

June 16th: Classic Car Show from 6-8pm
The TCDA and the Kiwanis Club of North Lake Tahoe are once again bringing to Tahoe City the Classic Car Stroll.  Parking on the North side of North Lake Blvd will be utilized from 4pm to 8pm for the event.  All public lots and all parking on the South side of North Lake Blvd will not be affected.
 
June 17th: Farmer’s Market from 8am – 1pm
California certified farm-fresh fruits, vegetables, flowers, and more at Commons Beach.
 
June 18th: ‘One Night Only’ Performance
Tahoe City’s first annual live performing arts show will appear at Commons Beach from 6-9pm. Tickets online at VisitTahoeCity.com and Snowbomb.com
 
June 19th: PaddleFest

Kayak and Paddleboarding event with demos, races, instruction and more. 8am until 2pm at Commons Beach.
 
June 19th: Tahoe City Wine Walk
Discover the Wines of the Sierra and walk through downtown Tahoe City. Noon until 4pm. Tickets online at VisitTahoeCity.com or TahoeCityWineWalk.com
 
June 19th: Tail & Ale Brew Fest and Fish Fry
After the Wine Walk join our friends in Kings Beach for the 3rd Annual Tail & Ale Festival. For only $30 enjoy all the beer you can drink! For more information please visit www.northtahoebusiness.org.

June 20th: Burton Creek Trail Run
5k, 10k, ½ Marathon, marathon in Tahoe City. (9am start time)
 
June 20th: Concerts at Commons Beach – Opening Day!
From 2 until 7pm. FREE. Featuring: Drop Theory, Casual Dogs, Dead Winter Carpenters, The Blues Monsters.
