Spend Labor Day Weekend in South Lake Tahoe sampling the bounty and heritage of the Sierra Nevadas!  The event brings together local chefs/restaurants with neighboring growers/producers to turn out scrumptious samples craftily paired with the appropriate wine or brew.  The festival marketplace includes locally made goods such as jam, soap, honey, and olive oil along with specialty products created right here in the county such as fine art, jewelry and crafts.  The day will also highlight a variety live entertainment, followed by an extravaganza of fireworks over Lake Tahoe.

A collaborative effort between TahoeChamber.org and El Dorado County, Sample the Sierra celebrates the bounty and the heritage of the Sierra Nevada region.  The festival aims to build flourishing partnerships within the County as well as promoting its geotourism assets.  Sample the Sierra is Sunday September 2nd from 1-5PM on Ski Run Boulevard in South Lake Tahoe. Come see what El DoradoCounty has to offer.
