11am - 4pm.   Dog Day in the Park is a fundraiser for the Tahoe Vista Animal Shelter which serves the Truckee and North Tahoe portion of Placer County. There will be $6 rabies vaccinations, licensing and $20 micro-chipping, a barbecue, carnival-style dog themed booths, dog show contests, dog and cat adoption and a raffle. Join the fun at the North Tahoe Regional Park on National Avenue in Tahoe Vista Saturday, September 10th, from 11AM to 4PM.
